Basic first aid is available at the Lulworth Heritage Centre during standard opening hours. However, school groups are strictly required to bring their own designated first aider and a fully stocked mobile medical kit to manage the group while on the beach.
The beach is made of large, loose pebbles which can be difficult to walk on; sturdy, enclosed footwear like trainers or walking boots is essential. Stay away from the cliff bases due to the constant risk of falling rocks and unstable scree slopes.
